New Hampshire photographer and artist Wayne King is featured among five visiting artists for the next three months at Artistic Roots Gallery in Plymouth, New Hampshire.

“I’m pleased to be included with some of the state’s finest artists in this show,” said King. “I have long admired the work of Cam Sinclair, an extraordinary painter, in fact I own a few of his pieces myself,” said King. “This makes me particularly excited to be a part of this show.”

Wayne King’s images are a celebration of life, blending the real and the surreal to achieve a sense of place or time that reaches beyond the moment into a dreamlike quintessentialism designed to spark an emotional response. Using digital enhancement, handcrafting, painting, and sometimes even straight photography, King takes the viewer to a place that is beyond simple truth to where truth meets passion, hope and dreams.

Artistic Roots Gallery is owned and operated by the Artistic Roots Arts Cooperative, a voluntary association and cooperative art center whose mission is to bring together artists and the community through workshops and classes; peer mentoring; receptions and events; and to provide a venue for the sale of artists’ works.
