Spirit Pony in a Flooded Mangrove

A mysterious white faced horse stands in floodwaters in a Florida mangrove. This alludes to Native American Indian legends that broadly exist among tribes from every corner of the Americas. The white faced spirit pony is an oft used allusion in my images.

Two similar original images exist of this work of art, an image that has a flooded mangrove that is etherial but essentially a photograph. The second treats the mangrove forest differently using blurring, smudging and various methods of manipulation to create a more "painterly" effect with the mangrove forest. Each original image is created, signed, dated and with a certificate of authenticity.

The images are used for creation of an open edition and posters but otherwise archived and kept only for historic purposes and publications. To purchase an original contact the artist at waynedking9278@gmail.com.
